Your skills and experience

As a Plant Engineering Manager at Hycamite, you will play a pivotal role within our Blueprint team, focusing on the plant design for Hycamite's standard plants. You will lead efforts in modularizing the Hycamite process in collaboration with the Blueprint team, ensuring innovative and efficient plant configurations.

Primary responsibilities

Develop the plant blueprint.
Design plant layouts.
Modularize processes to enhance scalability and adaptability.
Collaborate on the optimization of unit processes with Hycamite's strategic suppliers.
Engage in 3D modelling and visualization to bring designs to life and facilitate understanding.

Job requirements
You have:

M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Mechanical or Process Engineering.
Over 10 years of experience in plant design.
Language skills:
Required: Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Desirable: Proficiency in Finnish.
Additional Benefit: Knowledge of any third language.
